Process

From concept to creation, ARC Race Paint has defined a clear and collaborative process to bring your freshly painted race helmet to life.

 

 

Using our CONTACT page, send us as much or as little detail as possible regarding the style/design you have in mind for your new helmet design. This could include colours, effects, artwork or any pictures or inspiration you have seen. You can also send us a drawing of the sort of design you are looking for using our templates - these can be found HERE.

 

 

Once we have received your request/details and/or had a conversation with you regarding your design, we will put together a quote that includes the attributes that your helmet design includes, as well as any other items such as design work, helmet and any other accessories. If you would like us to supply the helmet, the helmets the we can provide are listed in our STORE.

 

 

Once you are happy to get started, we will put together a digital mock-up of your design to ensure that you are happy and ready to sign-off. Don't worry, our design process includes revisions to ensure you are fully happy with the visual representation before getting started. You do not need a design visual to get started and we can work freestyle based on conversation, however, a design visual is advised. We can provide a side view or a 360 degree design.

 

 

 

Once you have signed off your design and your helmet has been received, we will get started with painting your helmet. To commence paintwork, we require 50% of the helmet painting balance on your invoice.

 

 

We will contact you if we require any further details to advance your paintwork and get in touch when your job is nearing completion.

 

 

Once completed, the remaining invoice balance will need to be processed. We will then ship your brand new, freshly painted helmet.
